Two Toad Guards are keeping Mario out of Princess Peach's Castle in the video "Master of Fail Disguises".
The new Toad Guards: they wear glasses and have a black and red afro.
Toad Guards are minor characters in the SMG4 series.
They usually stand in front of the Princess Peach's Castle to protect the Princess Peach, and keep Mario out whenever he is ordered not to come in the castle. These characters are similar to the guards which protect an official residence of a high-ranking official like a king or president.

Their main and debut appearance in SMG4's bloopers is in the episode "Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Master of Fail Disguises", where after Mario destroys the castle, Peach puts out two Toad Guards to stop Mario from coming to her birthday party, so Mario tries to sneak in with some disguises, however ultimately fails. One appeared again in the video "Birthday Freakout" to keep Mario from coming into Roprinplup14's birthday. Later some appeared in the blooper "Super Mario 64 Bloopers: A Fungus Among Us", but this time they had glasses and a black and red afro.
The Toad Guards appear again in SMG4: Mario The Supreme Leader, serving as bodyguards to Mario who crowned himself king. Other Toad Guards appeared as Royal Guards as well, where in one scene they were dispatched to the castle's compound to disperse protestors who gathered near the castle to protest rising taxes to King Mario. As they dispersed the protestors, two of them watched Mario laugh in horror to what he has turned the Kingdom into. After Mario converted the Kingdom into Mario Land, he was seen going into Obey Square where he was carried on a coffin with four Royal Guards clad in black suits.
The Toad Guards later appeared in SMG4: Mario Steals The Constitution, serving again as the Royal Guards. When Mario broke into the throne room as Peach was giving orders to her Toad staff to buy jewelry, the Royal Guards attempted to stop Mario from approaching her. One of them was later given a fright by Mario by seeing the lore of SMG4, and the rest would then back down.
