Springtrap is a deteriorated animatronic and the main antagonist for the popular indie horror video game Five Nights at Freddy's 3. He is one of the animatronics with minor appearances in bloopers.
History[]
He first appeared in R64: Revenge of Freddy's Spaghettria, in which he tried to to kill Mario and Luigi, but only manages to kill Mario. He tries to kill Luigi later on, but is hit with the Poltergust 3000. When he tries again later on, Phantom Foxy surprises him saying "sup bro?" causing him to slip and hurt his knee. He does not appear for the rest of the blooper until the end where William Afton deactivates him and wears him as a costume. However, he malfunctions and kills William Afton, just like in the real game. It is likely that Springtrap died after Mario and Luigi blew up the abandoned pizzeria at the very end of the blooper. he did not reappear for a long time afterward.
He also had minor appearances in SM64: Meet the Luigi and Mariotale - If Mario was in...Undertale.
He then returns in SMG4: Freddy's Ultimate Custom Spaghetteria, investigating the noise caused by Phantom Freddy’s explosion. He then sees Mario's E X T R A T H I C C booty and goes to propose to him. When Mario rejects it, he smacks the plumber through a wall.
He once again returns in his first non FNaF, full blown appearance in Mario Reacts to SMG4'S Browser History , However, he now appears as a Search History tool. Once Mario clicked his icon, Springtrap showed up, saying "Don't worry Gregory. I can see your search history!" using his search history finding his powers to see the search history. He finds it and says " OH, WHAT THE FU-" and then explodes, causing the Blue Screen of Death.
