The Nightmare Stone is a giant magical crystal of immense power that is primarily capable of causing nightmares to whomever touches it. It's also able to resurrect the dead. It has been used by SMG3 and Bowser respectively. It appeared in a few episodes of the SMG4 series.
History[]
The nightmare stone first appeared in the video Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Crystal Funhouse where SMG3 set it up in the underground in order to trap SMG4 and his allies. They later all escaped it with the help of AustinDawgyDawg and GageDawg. The stone returned again in the blooper "Super Mario 64 Bloopers: Bowser and the Nightmare Stone" in which SMG3 sold the stone to Bowser so he can take revenge on Mario and his friends. Bowser used the stone on Mario and Luigi but set it on fun Kirby nightmare instead of horror nightmare which angered SMG3 because he didn't zap anybody else with it due to Bowser's incompetence to not think of anybody else other than Mario and "his sister". After Bowser foolishly zapped SMG3, the latter took the initiative to zap SMG4, X, FM RM and MCGustavo. During their nightmare, they encounter an unknown man (named "???" in the subtitle) that came to rescue them. When zombies were summoned, it is revealed that Toad has also been zapped and he was instructed by Mario to help save SMG4 and X. After they rescued MCG and FM, the unidentified man suggest a plan that requires a machine to escape the place only for MCG to reveal that he found the exit. SMG4 , Mario and the stranger all went to face off against Bowser and SMG3. During the fight, the stranger managed to throw a pickaxe at the stone, which damaged it and thus made it explode.
In the episode "SMG3's Plan to Destroy SMG4 because he felt like it", SMG3 used it to bring back a bunch of previously killed villains.
In SMG4: SMG3's BOMB CAFE, a miniature version of the stone appear on the shelf in SMG3's room.
Power and Abilities[]
The Nightmare Stone has the ability to make anyone who touches it trapped in a nightmare, and if it's someone rubs it and takes control, they can trap anyone in a nightmare they desire with a strike of lightning. Also, it can apparently bring back anyone who is deceased. It also has a switch whether the option is "Terrible", "Kirby Nightmare" and many more.
