E-123 Omega (or Omega for short) is a robot designed and created by Dr. Eggman to stop Shadow the Hedgehog from awakening from stasis. In the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, Omega was also sealed away, which caused Omega to resent his creator and work to destroy his robots.
In SMG4 series, however, he is a twerking robot and designed as a parody of Miley Cyrus. He is also shown to have no problem with working for Dr. Eggman in SMG4 videos, as Egg and Peach shows him as a defender of Eggman's lair. Omega is not very bright in the SMG4-verse, as he easily falls for one of Sonic's tricks.
