The Creepy Mario Statue is a one time character that appears in SM64 Halloween 2016 - SPAGHETTI.EXE. He is the Elegy of Emptiness statue from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask with a Mario head. He also can summon creepypasta characters.

He appeared as the main antagonist in the SM64 Halloween 2016 - SPAGHETTI.EXE episode. Where he teleports toward Mario during the entire episode. He is later revealed to be The Black Ghost that haunted Mario because he ate his spaghetti.
He appears as a cameo in SMG4: Stupid Luigi's Mansion in the refrigerator.
